Official Rules

Contest and eligibility

• The contest sponsor and administrator is Deseo Online.
• Participants must have a valid Deseo account, be at least the age of majority in their place of residence, and be legally allowed to participate in contests in their location.
• Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of Deseo Online are not eligible to win prizes.
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.
• Deseo Online's servers are the official timekeeping system for entries, updates, scoring, and winner selection.

How to enter

• No purchase is necessary.
• To enter, open an available match in the Guess the Score feature and submit the predicted final score before predictions close.
• Each participant may submit one prediction per match.
• A participant may update an existing prediction only while that match remains open.
• Predictions submitted or updated after the match closes, duplicate or automated entries, entries from ineligible accounts, and entries affected by fraud, abuse, or technical manipulation are void.

Prediction and scoring rules

• Predictions are for the official match score excluding penalty shoot-outs.
• A prediction is correct only when it exactly matches the final match result saved by Deseo Online.
• Leaderboard points are counted only after Deseo Online marks a match result as final.
• Rankings are based first on the number of correct marked predictions, then on overall prediction accuracy, then on the earliest valid submission time for tied participants.
• Deseo Online's marked results and leaderboard records are final for contest scoring.

Prizes and winners

• Available prizes include: Macbook Neo, iPad Mini.
• Prizes are awarded only to verified eligible winners, are non-transferable, and have no cash alternative unless stated by Deseo Online.
• Potential winners are selected after eligible match results are marked and the leaderboard or draw is finalized.
• A potential winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to confirm eligibility before a prize is awarded.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not respond in time, or declines the prize, Deseo Online may select an alternate winner.

General conditions

• Deseo Online may cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, match cancellation, force majeure, or any other issue affects the fairness or integrity of the contest.
• Deseo Online may disqualify any participant who tampers with the contest, uses multiple accounts to gain an advantage, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or abusive manner.
• Deseo Online uses account, contact, and prediction information to operate the contest, show rankings, contact winners, verify eligibility, award prizes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or administrative requirements.
• Decisions by Deseo Online are final where permitted by law.

• Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, partner, prize provider, or participant in this contest.
• Apple is not involved in any way with the contest, the selection of winners, or the awarding of prizes.
