Our Waterproof Dipliner reveals the beauty of the eyes with its easy application and endurance. Dries 1-2 minutes after application and does not run or spread. Lasts all day long by means of its waterproof formula. Moisture and sweat resistant.

Shake well before use. This ensures the product is more of an intense black color. You should always apply your eyeliner after your eyeshadow for a better and more vivid result. Starting from the inner corner of your eye, apply outwards to the outer edge of your eyelid. Try to keep as close to your eyelashes as possible. After applying the first layer, you can fill in the empty spaces and adjust the thickness as you wish.
