Our Profashion Lip Topper products can be used on their own or on top of any liquid matte lipstick. Either way this fantastic series of Profashion Lip Topper will provide lips with head-turning glossiness.

Apply a liquid matte lipstick of your choice and wait for it to dry completely. Then apply a thin layer of the Lip topper in one stroke. Can also be applied directly on to the lips without lipstick.
