Lifts hair to the highest level of brightness.
Use to bleach hair by mixing 1 sachet of Cruset Hair Bleach Powder (15 g) with 1 bottle of Cruset Developer Cream °12% (50 ml). Mix well and apply to the hair to be bleached. Leave for about 30 minutes or more, depending on the condition of the hair, then rinse.
