Shampoo your hair using a good quality sulphate-free product (Try WOW Skin Science Range of Shampoos). Squeeze out excess water before applying conditioner. Take a dollop of conditioner on to your palm and spread it evenly through the length of your hair. Start at the tip, working towards to the roots. Keep on for 2-3 minutes for it to coat the strands properly. Avoid applying to the roots unless you have very dry scalp. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of plain water. Once it has been washed off completely, follow with a cold-water rinse to lay the cuticles flat for extra smoothness and shine.
